A leading aspirant for the position of State Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ondo State, Dr. Olajide Owoka, has congratulated Governor Lucky Ayedatiwa and his Deputy, Hon. Olayide Adelami, on their Supreme Court victory, describing the verdict as a divine confirmation of their leadership. He stated that the ruling, which affirmed their election, is a reflection of the people’s will and a major boost to democracy in the state.

Dr. Owoka extended his felicitations to the APC family and the entire people of Ondo State, noting that the judgment brings stability to the political landscape. He emphasized that with the legal hurdles now settled, all hands must be on deck to ensure the continued development of the state. According to him, the victory is not just for the Governor and his Deputy but for the entire state, as it sets the stage for focused governance.

He urged opposition parties to put aside political differences and collaborate with Governor Ayedatiwa’s administration to move the state forward. "The winner has won fairly, and those who lost have lost justly," Dr. Owoka remarked. "Now is the time for every well-meaning individual and political party to rally behind Governor Ayedatiwa in the interest of peace and progress."
