FOWOSO 2023: WYP commended Arabinrin Betty Akeredolu for a successful hosting.

The Women Youth in Politics (WYP) group has commended the Wife of the Governor of a state Arabinrin Betty Akeredolu Anyawun the Ada Owerri 1 for the successful hosting of the 2023 FOWOSO event. The event, which was aimed at empowering and celebrating wife of government official in the state, was held at the Dome in Akure the state capital and attracted participants from across the state and beyond.

In a statement issued by the group's Founder, Chief Mrs.Ada Adaraniwa Akpata Marshal, the WYP praised the governor's wife for her commitment to the empowerment of women and youths in the state. According to the statement, the FOWOSO event also  provided a platform to help the less privilege in the society and pay special attention to the girls child"The 2023 FOWOSO event was a huge success, and we commend the Wife of the Governor for her vision and commitment to the empowerment of women and youths in the state.," the statement read in part.

The WYP also noted that the FOWOSO event had a positive impact on the lives of women and youths in the state, as it provided them with the opportunity to network and connect with other like-minded individuals. The group urged the governor's wife to continue with her efforts to empower women and youths in the state, and to ensure that their voices are heard in the political arena."We urge the Wife of the Governor to continue with her efforts to empower women and youths in the state, and to ensure that their voices are heard in the political arena. We believe that women and youths have a lot to offer in terms of leadership and governance, and we are committed to supporting them in their quest for political representation," the statement concluded.

The FOWOSO event is an annual event organized by the Wife of the Governor of the state,Arabinrin Betty Akeredolu Anyawun Ada Owerri 1 and it is aimed at empowering women and youths in the state. The event features various activities, including skill acquisition training, health talks, and talent shows.
