EGBE ATUNLUSE MOURNS GOVERNOR OLUWAROTIMI AKEREDOLU SAN, CON: A Prominent Son of Ondo State Gone Too Soon

The people of Ondo State and the entire nation are mourning the loss of a great leader, Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu SAN, who passed away after a long battle with blood cancer  early morning yesterday. As a former governor of Ondo State, and Southwest Governor's Forum chairman, Akeredolu's impact on the state and the country as a whole will be remembered and celebrated for years to come.

EGBE ATUNLUSE, a prominent socio-political organization in Ondo State, has expressed its deepest condolences to the family of the late governor, the people of Ondo State, and the entire nation. In a statement released by the organization's Chairman, Otunba Akinsola Akinbobola which was made available to The People's Lens Magazine, he described Akeredolu as a true leader, a visionary, and a man of the people.
"A frontline lawyer, legal luminary, and conscientious politician of progressive mind, he would be remembered for his courage, doggedness, patriotism, and immeasurable contributions to the constitutional and socio-political development of Nigeria. Most especially for championing social justice and security for Yoruba race and Ondo state people in particular" Akinbobola said. 

"EGBE ATUNLUSE mourns the passing of a great leader, Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, SAN, CON. His contributions to the development of Ondo State and the nation as a whole will be remembered and celebrated for years to come. 
"As painful as his exit is to all of us, we take solace in his legacies as a gentleman and detribalized statesman. We ask God to repose his soul, give his family the strength to bear this irreparable loss" the statement read.

As a tribute to the late governor, EGBE ATUNLUSE has announced plans to organize a series of events in honor of his memory. These events will include a special prayer service, a public lecture on his contributions to the state and the nation, and a charity event to support the causes he was passionate about during his time in office.

Late Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu leaves behind a legacy of dedication to public service, commitment to the welfare of the people of Ondo State, and a strong belief in the potential of the state to become a leading force in Nigeria. His passing has left a void that will be difficult to fill, but his memory will continue to inspire future generations of leaders in Ondo State and beyond.

EGBE ATUNLUSE urges the people of Ondo State and the entire nation to join them in mourning the loss of this great leader and to continue his legacy of service, dedication, and love for the people.
