HON.WALE AKINTERINWA HOSTS TAMPAN DELEGTE IN HIS COUNTRY HOME.

Hon. Wale Akinterinwa, the esteemed Commissioner of Finance in Ondo State, today played host to a delegation of the 2023 Theatre Festival at his palatial home in Ile- Oluji filled with abience of artistic colouration. The visit, which was part of the committe's steps in preparing for the forthcoming Festival in Ondo State.

The chairman of the committee,Hon.King Adenuga  conveyed the greetings from the National and State executive committee of TAMPAN to his Excellency, Hon Wale Akinterinwa.  He noted that this is a delegation from Ondo State coming to pay a solidarity  visit to the Ile- Oluji born politician, to identify with his vision and to invite him to 2023 TIAFEST as the Chairman of the event. "We, as the formidable THEATRE association in Nigeria are here to associate with your  vision and we speak for all local the government areas in ondo state.Our presence, as Theatre practitioners is represented in all local government area of the Ondo state".the chairman said." Moreso,you are wearing two cap that day, because you  will also be honored with MAN OF THE MOMENT award" he added.

During the meeting, Hon. Akinterinwa was elated in receiving the delagate and expressed his enthusiasm  for the lined up for him and for the upcoming Theatre Festival in Ondo state. In his word he appreciated the Ondo State TAMPAN Governor Bashorun Aderemi Kamala for leading the  delegate in person to his home " I count it as an honor to pay me a visit today" he said.

The financial guru,Hon.Akinteriwa enunciated that associating with  body like TAMPAN is a  worthwhile adventure noting that TAMPAN activities contribute immensely to the GDP hence he acknowledged the role of TAMPAN in the society.Furthermore,the commissioner noticed that Theatre industry is not getting enough support from the government,he then promised that in his own capacity he will be supporting the association and in the long run he will project the association in order to get a larger support from notable corporations.

On his nomination as the chairman of 2023 TIAFEST committee,the erudite political juggernaut Akinterinwa gladly accept the offer and promised to be on ground that day except if he has to  attend to a very  important State duty.Intrestinly,he promised to support the event in every way possible.

Giving the vote of thanks on behalf of the delegate,Mrs.Atolagbe Akorede Tobiloba thanked the host for the warm reception accorded the delegate.She appreciated him for his encouraging and motivating words noting that it will go a long way to put the association on a right footing.
The visit concluded on a positive note, with both parties expressing their eagerness to collaborate further in ensuring the success of the 2023 Theatre Festival. Hon. Wale Akinterinwa's support for the arts and his role in fostering cultural development in Ondo State were duly acknowledged, cementing his reputation as a key figure in the promotion of the performing arts within the region.
