CHIEF MRS. ADA ADARANIWA EMPHAZISES THE IMPORTANCE OF WOMEN AND YOUTHS IN POLITICS.

Chief Mrs. Ada Adaraniwa Marshal Akpata, a prominent political figure and women's rights advocate and National Coordinator of Women Youth in Politics, has highlighted the crucial role of women and youth in politics. She expressed her delight and congratulated Mr.Ayodele Olawande a Youth Leader in the Ruling APC party, on his recent ministerial nomination, emphasizing the need for increased representation of these demographic groups in decision-making positions.

In a press statement released today, Chief Mrs. Adaraniwa, a renowned Fund Manager  and CEO of Visfund Integrated Service, Akure, commended Ayodele for his dedication and commitment to public service, which led to his well-deserved nomination for a ministerial position by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu. She acknowledged his competence and expressed confidence in his ability to contribute significantly to the development and progress of the nation.

Chief Mrs. Adaraniwa further stressed the importance of women and youth participation in politics, stating that their inclusion is vital for a truly inclusive and democratic society. She highlighted the unique perspectives, experiences, and talents that these groups bring to the table, which can lead to more effective and equitable governance.

"Women and youth have long been underrepresented in politics, despite making up a significant portion of our population. It is imperative that we create spaces and opportunities for them to actively participate in decision-making processes," Chief Mrs. Adaraniwa stated.

She called on political parties, government institutions, and civil society organizations to prioritize the inclusion of women and youth in their leadership structures and decision-making bodies. Chief Mrs. Adaraniwa emphasized the need for mentorship programs, capacity building initiatives, and affirmative action policies to encourage and support their political aspirations.

"By ensuring that women and youth are adequately represented in politics, we can address the diverse needs and concerns of our society more effectively. Their voices must be heard, and their perspectives must be taken into account," she asserted.

Chief Mrs. Adaraniwa concluded her statement by urging all Nigerians to support and encourage individuals like Ayodele Olawande, who have demonstrated their commitment to public service.
